Welcome to Billbed.com, a B2B online travel agency platform registered and operating under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Billbed.com platform (“Website”, “Platform”, “Service”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Definitions

• “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” – refers to Billbed.com, its owners, and its authorized affiliates.
• “Client”, “you”, “your” – refers to the B2B entity accessing or using the platform.
• “Services” – refers to hotel bookings, accommodation services, travel reservations, and other related services offered on our platform.

Eligibility

Our services are strictly intended for registered businesses (travel agencies, corporate entities, or authorized agents). Individual consumers (B2C) are not permitted to use the platform unless explicitly authorized.

Account Registration

• You confirm the accuracy of your business information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us of any unauthorized access or breach.

Use of Services

• Use the platform for legitimate business purposes only.
• Not resell, duplicate, or misuse the services outside the agreed scope.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia and international travel regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and the terms set by hotel/property suppliers.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment methods and credit terms (if applicable) will be agreed upon during onboarding.
• Cancellations, amendments, and refunds are governed by the supplier’s policy and are available in your agent’s dashboard.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including text, graphics, branding, software, and user interface—is the intellectual property of Billbed.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Data Protection

Your business and booking data will be collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or policies of third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, payment providers).
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked through our platform.

Modifications to Services

We may update or modify the platform, including features, pricing, or integrations, at our discretion. Material changes will be notified in advance via the platform or email.

Suspension & Termination

• If you breach any of these Terms
• If your account is inactive for an extended period
• If required by law or a regulatory authority

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
